Frequently Asked Questions

What is Personix?

Via secure SMS-email-push communications, patient-provider messaging, and telemedicine, the Personix patient engagement platform offers secure engagement solutions that enhances patient engagement, advances outcomes analytics, improve expenditures, and maximize workflow efficiencies at an enterprise level.

Personix was created for health care providing facilities an opportunity to easily add, consolidate, or replace their current engagement platforms, provide telemedicine and educational services, and provided customized, client-branded, mobile communications.

The comprehensive Personix patient engagement solution maximizes patient-physician cooperation, assesses outcomes, enhances profitability, and amplifies brand recognition.

How is Personix different from other patient engagement platforms?

The Personix patient engagement platform was developed from the ground up “in-house”. This means fewer 3rd party licenses, reducing ongoing expenditures. This also means fewer 3rd party business associate agreements, reducing headaches. And not relying on 3rd party platforms means we are nimble. Addressing customer needs in real time is our core strength.

The Personix software was designed to manage low and high load environments. Therefore, Personix is scalable from doctors’ offices to ambulatory surgery centers, to hospitals and entire health systems.

Our in-house team can pair Personix with any platform that offers an API. Including electronic health records, revenue cycle management, and practice management. Personix is agnostic to the systems you utilize.

Personix can follow the patient through their entire experience. Starting with the first doctor's visit and continuing for as long as your mission directs. For years, if needed. Long term analytics is key for assessing patient care strategies.

How do I see my messages?

Patients may view and respond to messages via the Personix App, emails, SMS texts, and through the telehealth portal.

Can a family member receive messages too?

Designated family members or caregivers may also receive and respond to messages. Providers may add additional contacts via the clinician control panel.

Do I need to download an app to use Personix?
