Personix Improves the Patient Experience
Personix offers patients a personalized experience that begins with an invitation to engage with the Patient Mobile App, available for both iOS and Android. Patients can respond to surveys via the app, emails, or SMS and receive continued engagement to maintain participation. Remote monitoring, telemedicine, ongoing messaging, and document pushes track the patient’s progress and provide support. The collected usage data can then be used to drive profile improvement, which ultimately leads to institutional patient care improvements.
